The enquiry form prepares a draft for you to review. It does not send the form to Element Doors automatically. If you choose “Open email to send”, the draft opens in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Element Doors receives the information you include once you send the email, and uses it to respond, prepare quotations and assist with your project.
Saved doors and preferences
Your saved shortlist is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. It is not a shared account or cloud-synced list. You can remove individual designs from the shortlist or clear the website data through your browser settings. Model and specification selections may appear in the page URL so they can be carried through to your enquiry.
Website operation
The website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Its hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Calling, emailing or opening external links uses the relevant phone, email or third-party service.
Product images and specification
Product photographs, finishes and colour swatches are indicative. Exact dimensions, door construction, opening configuration, glazing, frame, finish, hardware compatibility and availability must be confirmed for the selected product at quotation. Surrounding facade elements shown in images may not form part of the supplied product.

Ordering and warranty
The catalogue indicates custom-order lead times of 6–8 weeks from receipt of the deposit and final order confirmation, and a 50% deposit before placing a custom order. These details, delivery and installation charges are confirmed in the quote and order documents. A 3-year warranty is described for doors and locks, subject to applicable warranty terms and conditions. Request the relevant terms before ordering.
