Yes. Standard sizes and custom dimensions are available across selected designs. Share your opening width and height, preferred model and project details. The final dimensions and configuration are confirmed at quotation.
Do you supply across Australia?
Australia-wide delivery is available for homeowners, builders, developers and commercial projects. Delivery details and charges are confirmed for your project location.
Is installation included?
The doors are supplied separately from installation. Installation is available at additional cost, subject to the project location and requirements. Include your suburb or postcode in your enquiry.
How long do custom orders take?
The indicative lead time is 6–8 weeks from receipt of the deposit and final order confirmation. Timing is confirmed for the specific model, finish, hardware and delivery location.
What deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required before placing a custom order. Your quote and order confirmation set out the payment and delivery details.
Can I choose the finish and smart lock?
Discuss your preferred powder-coated, decorative or timber-look finish and compatible access options. Finish, hardware and smart-lock features are model-specific and confirmed before ordering.
Do you offer trade pricing and a warranty?
Trade pricing is available for builders and developers. The catalogue specifies a 3-year warranty on doors and locks, subject to the warranty terms and conditions. Request the applicable terms with your quote.
Are fire-rated doors available?
Fire-rated enquiries are assessed for the project. Any proposed product must have the applicable certification and approved installation requirements. Confirm the exact product, certification and project requirements before ordering.
